Go ask on their forum, if there is one (i think there is no community), the only amxmod support you can get here is if you want to migrate your server to amxmodx.

Also, you need to put the line: mapchangecfgfile server.cfg in your server.cfg file! Otherwise the timelimit might not be reset every map, if the last map was extended for a period of time.

You don't need to use server.cfg for this (I don't recommend it). You can simply create a config file (e.g. mapchange.cfg) that contains all the cvars that you want to have executed at the beginning of every map. He is specifically referring to mp_timelimit so put this cvar in mapchange.cfg.

That matches what I see in the dictionary file you sent me... You changed it and that is causing the problem. This is the same cause as the last time you had an issue. The direct cause of that error is the DMAP_MENU_CUSTOM line in your modified version of the dictionary file.
