Mention the authors of the plugins this plugin is based of by their names.
Put sm_adv_version into the topic public cvar and add the Convar Flag FCVAR_DONTRECORD to it so it doesn't get autosaved in the config.

- Added sm_respawn & sm_disarm support for tf2
- Reworked logging
- Reworked admin vision and allchat mode (sv_alltalk 1)
- Some code changes
- Added glow colors when spawn protection present (red for team2, blue for team3, green for other (if present))

Another question, is this integrated into the admin menu yet or do we still gotta use the adminmenu_custom.txt?
