I don't scan the steam market directly, I scan it using TF2backpack, the question is, does Valve allow transaction of skins for fake virtual points ?

Let me try to explain what I meant, my steambot uses an updated version of the SteamKit2 library, I also set the programs to use a specific mysql dll, one I included on github, the package lists i posted were showing some of the differences in our builds. Also, regarding your latest commit on github, CHANGE YOUR API KEYS AND BOT PASSWORD!! ANYONE, AND I MEAN ANYONE, CAN GO INTO THE COMMIT HISTORY AND GET THAT INFO!!!!!!!!

Yeah, error still not fixed, it's normal for the bot to scan the market on every bot startup and every 4000ms. This has been done like this to keep the most correct prices every time.

After the last update the bot stopped writing items to the database, it says "SUCCESS", but thats an lie.
