well to begin with, in your plugin init you have:

register_srvcmd("redman_init", "redman_init")
shRegHeroInit(gHeroName, "redman_init")

but you don't have redman_init, instead you have scream_init o.O so change scream_init -> redman_init and that should fix that problem, then get back if anymore problems exist.

if the hero gonna be redman then he most just change the scream_init
