Well the log file I posted was the full file and the only one in logs directory.
The problem is that the srcds crashes after anyone tries to select a team ingame, and as I said before this is the only plugin installed.

Valve was sneaky and the gamedata numbers shifted back by 1 at some point, and that *exact* issue is exactly what I get when my gamedata was off by 1 like that, so check all of that. It could be TF2Items, this plugin's gamedata, or something else's gamedata that's crashing.

To enable valve weapons, do NOT put "tf2items_valveweapons" anywhere in your server config. Remove it if it is there, then restart the server.

Please read directions next time.

ok not sure how to ask this but here it goes. ok so i want to just have it so when we join the server it gives us all a custom skin for the flamethrower is there a way for that to work? I'm to old to under stand some of this stuff thanks for any help

This is a great plugin, I've had a lot of fun with many of the weapons. I am wondering though, is there a way to make it so that whenever specific people join the server, they are given a particular weapon?

There are natives within this plugin (functions that other plugins can call) to give weapons to clients at any point. You could maybe write a simple plugin to do it.

Of course, you could try using TF2 Auto Items Manager if you have an SQL server.

This applies to both of your questions, I believe.

Why is it that the The Half-Zatoichi(357) can be seen by other players when it's given out? And why is it that whenever I use the sm_addwr command it just spawns a corpse, makes half my character invisible and freezes it in place? Is there another purpose for the sm_addwr command?

Valve couldn't get their visibility restriction code to work correctly for it, so that model has a hard-coded exception.
