I get this error, I reinstalled a few times and still the same, the strange thing is that sometimes goes for days and sometimes leaves a few hours.

I have it installed and updated, including java and stuff, but I think I've solved it took 2 days without error.

solution:

1º Delete file: ClientRegistry.blob 2º Start HldsUpdateTool.exe -command update -game cstrike -dir .
