plmenu.sma had no changes from March 2008 to August 2013. AMX Mod X 1.8.2 was released in February of 2013. Therefore, the version that I posted is the same version that is in AMX Mod X 1.8.2 (plus my changes).

Ok.I didn't know that.I thought it was changed in 1.8.2, I will test it now.To put "debug" after plmenu.amxx or to activate that mod debug from amxx.cfg??

For debugging a plugin, you only need to add the "debug" in plugins.ini.

When appear this error to test?When use command "amx_teammenu" to change team someone and another player disconnects from the server when I select player in menu?

Generally, it's not easy to test because you have to a sequence of events happen in the correct order for it to happen. Just trust that it's fixed and and view your error logs every once in a while.
