Dont know if this is possible, but ill throw it out there:

It would be kinda cool to have admins be able to record demos on the fly, server side. If you got someone in the server that might be cheating, it would be cool to go back and view the demo without having to spectate him.

as someone requested on AMXX I dont think that is possible because demo's are recorded thru the clients "view" or w/e there I think that demo recording will always be client side only.

I know. But I was hoping there would be a way to record a demo without using hltv, and without there being a spectator.

if you think about what demos are .. they are pretty simple they're the cross referencing of 32(get_user_origin's) with 32(get_user_aiming's), and a few other small details. I think the guys at sourcemod are smart enough to figure out a way to record demos, even if its not thru the conventional means.
