A few suggestions:
1) Use pcvars instead of cvars. They are much quicker and more efficient.
2) Use a cvar for low gravity and normal gravity. With math to get the floating point number for set_user_gravity. This allows for more customizability. And I say use sv_gravity for normal gravity because if you are on like scoutzknivez and the default is 600 or 400 or something. and you set them back to 800 he is in a disposition to the rest of the players.
3) There is room for lots of efficientcy and removal of repeated coding. Talk to me in PM or through AIM or MSN. My info is below.

your prob going to be dead when you use chat second make a hud msg or cons msg to apear every 15 seconds or something
