Issac isn't really rigged, its a 2d shell pasted over the normal tf2 model.

Anyway, this chara rig is godawful. Theres a difference between creepy and just plain bad, and this is bad. The neck is distorted and twisting upon itself, the shirt and arms look like its melting/dripping off, god knows what is going on with its arms when its crouching and looking upwards, and whenever it taunts its head bobbles around like its a bobble head.
