[PAID REQUEST] Skin Color

Hello, I'm looking for a plugin that will color the player skins with alpha tint. There are some skins that can be colored with this function. Plugin should have:
1. Menu
2. Option to make it available only for admins
3. Option to make it work only with some models
4. Save player colors in Clientprefs

This one is not working with zombie reloaded...i what i want but needs some fixes. If a choose a color disappear after a second or if i get shot disappear as well. I need a plugin that will use this "(This model can be tinted using CS:GO's alpha channel tints)" see here https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=260720
for example combine for HL2 can be colored with this alpha tinting.
