simple hud message witch cmd

a simple plugin that allows the server through a command to send a message programmed into the center of the screen players' format (hud).

Ex: amx_hudmsg "RGB COLOR" message here

there is a plugin "admin EJL chat" that does this, but only by an admin command, I need to do via the command executed by the server

You can use admin commands in the server console. Just do that.

commands will be executed when the server load a cfg, and it is not possible to do because I already did the test and does not happen

Well, when do you want the message displayed? You obviously can't display a message when server.cfg is executed, nobody is in the server.

what I'm saying is that the message appears when the command is executed by the hlds and not an admin, or if you are a CFG with the commands amx_hudmsg the message will be displayed when the server running the CFG
