I know there is a plugin that does basic votes, but it's not working as I want and the creator does not respond (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=1778032)

Features:
- !votemute, !votegag, !voteban, !votekick
- Only users with a certain flag can start a vote. (e.g. VIP's with flag "r". When started anyone can vote.)

Example:
[In chat] Player with flag r: !votekick

Do you want to kick EXAMPLE?

1. Yes
2. No



A regular player can then click 1 or 2 inorder to vote.
