What do you want? Just like increase there health by an extra amount at spawn and let it tick down like a medic overheal or what?

This already exists in the ATAC plugin or ServerDefense both provide methods for spawn protection in TF2.

Not sure what you want as in most maps, you cant kill someone when they spawn because they are in a spawn room...

I will write something later today that gives them X amount of health that ticks down though if you want.
