It's done and will be released today.
I just have to test everything first, before I release this
Will do this when I'm home.

Cool I can hardly wait.

And configuring the placement of the decals can all be done in-game without needing to edit text files?

So I place a decal in a map, save the placement and every time that map's loaded that decal will appear in the specified place : all done in-game ?

Yes, the only thing you have to do in the main cfg, is to add the decal
names and paths you want to have available for placement.
This needs to be done because the clients can't download new decals
from the server during the game.
