If you're talking about the ladder block there's already a plugin for this.

I do not know how to explain but on the map c8m3_sewers for example, a player was able to block the tank in an area of the map (which I do not know ...) and it has happened several times .... so that the tank is unplayable for infected which benefits survivors ....

just suicide the player if they're stuck as a tank, and when the player respawns, force them to play a tank.
