Need a donator plugin like this

This plugin is completely dead and apparently very unique cause I cant find anything that combines all of those donator benefits all in one plugin.

I haven't been able to find a nice working menu plugin for donors, the one OP posted is good but the only thing that worked for me was skin color, and even then most of the colors don't work.

Right now I just have a mishmash of commands donors have to remember or type in manually, and a !donators menu with 1 thing in it, not exactly ideal.
I would love something like this as well (for tf2)
