NoBlock plugin removes player vs. player collisions.

Commands and Cvars
------------------
sm_noblock_version - NoBlock version.

sm_noblock - Removes player vs. player collisions. (Default: 1)
sm_noblock_allow_block - Allow players to use say !block. (Default: 1)
sm_noblock_allow_block_time - Time limit to say !block command. (Default: 20)
sm_noblock_blockafterspawn_time - Disable blocking only for that time from spawn.
(Default: 0; 0 = disabled)
sm_noblock_nades - Removes player vs. nade/flash/smoke collisions. (Default: 1)
sm_noblock_hostages - Removes player vs. hostage collisions. (Default: 0) - Only set this to 1 if you need it.

say !block - Enable/Disable player vs. player collisions.

Do I understand this correct:

You have 20 seconds time, that block is enable?
Example: Player can jump on you for 20 secs?

What was the point of this "rewrite"?

The point, is that plugin was not avaible fort csgo and i have rewrite it a bit ...

In this plugin fixed the problem, like then on noblock time on round start goes to 0, if 1 player go to texture of player 2, in this time noblock is off, they are stacking.

i have not this problem, i will only remove the disable because i do not know how to create it correctly...

change the arrangement and remove credits of the original author is not an rewrite, its an shame and also against the GLP license!
