Ok, that solved most of the problems, works fine without it.
The problem remained only with the heartbeat, sometimes it is there and sometimes it is not when the player is black and white

Better to update plugin and just remove the heartbeat dependency, I remember a version of this before it was using heartbeat dependency and it was working better as the heartbeat plugin is just broken itself and not even necessary to have anymore. For now just use the version by Atomicstryker, it has some weird features but can easily be removed in the source code if you just want only the self-revive

The plugin you are writing about is outdated and needs to be updated to the new syntax.
I do not know how to do this.
Therefore, for now I will use this one (without l4d_heartbeat), maybe someday the author will update his plugin, or maybe someone will update the plugin you wrote about.

Sourcemod has a built in backwards compatibility. Those warnings should not affect the execution or performance anyway.

They should not affect as you say, but they affect and the server sometimes crashes with an error (Segmentation faults), without it there is no such error, it has been checked for more than one month.
