Hello guys,

I was wondering if it's possible to create a plugin that adds a RGB glow outline to every player in the server that has the flag "A", but without seeing it behind walls, (here's an example of what i mean

I've seen lots of post asking almost the same but i never seen a compiled plugin doing it. Thansk in advance!

There's like 4 glow styles, 1 of which is the outline which glows through walls.

Exactly that one, isn't there a way to stop it from glowing through walls? and also, which are the other 3 glows that you said? thanks in advance.

Unless you hook transmit for the players and manually do checks if they're behind walls or not with one of the trace types, I don't think there is. (Traces with SetTransmits are expensive)

They look different in-game as in some of them pulsate etc.
You set them with the m_nGlowStyle netprop.

Thanks for the pictures, those style look great, I wonder if you can see all of them through walls?

I was pretty much trying to explain the other styles are not seen through the walls.

I'm really sorry for not understanding you, so if those styles are not seen through walls it may be possible to create a plugin which gives that "Glow" effect or the colour outline to users with A flag?, if yes, what about the RGB? may be possible too?

I'm still looking foward to this! in CS 1.6 the "glow" was something that all servers had, seems weird to me that no one has made it yet for CS:GO, maybe they did but probably private
