Olly has gotten Valve fever! He is delaying his projects.

Kidding.

Good job

you work is much appreciated.
Where is the source for version 2?

If that is the source for latest version I found a lot of errors in the code.
Should I list them?

I know lots of people want linux, but the code is all there, if anyone feels they want to help, instead of whining all the time, then be my guest, and compile it on linux...

Version 2.0.0+ (Player)
  • Sockets now distinguish between error- and disconnectcallback (disconnect = proper disconnect by remote site)
  • Implemented detection of proper disconnects
  • Fixed lots of bugs when using more than 1 Socket
  • nonblocking recv() instead of short select()+recv()
  • checking if sockets are connected
  • added native bool:IsConnected(Handle:socket)
  • renamed SetArg to SetSocketArg
  • removed SocketBind due to lack of implementation of other stuff required for listening sockets
  • removed CloseSocket (same functionality as CloseHandle)
  • made all callbacks optional
  • receiving and handle destruction is now threaded
  • Some speed optimizations
  • Some more bugfixes
It's more stable than 2.0.0 but still highly experimental and not recommended for productive use.

update: this one is outdated, use the socket extension instead

Has anyone tried sfPlayer's Linux version with IRCRelay yet?

I intend testing later but was wondering if anyone had any experience.
