What about this:
KillsForWinningTeam * gg_stats_winbonus
(KillsForWinningTeam would've be counted by GG seperately to exclude differences due to manual/automatic team switches)

Right now, it should act equivalently to every player on the winning team winning individually. What stats mode are you using?
