Changes in 0.7.5
  • Made thrown explosives ignore qol_grenade_rise when a player is holding it.
    • This way players won't be surprised when a bomb they're holding in a safe position moves at the last second.
  • Fix invalid ent access with player pickups.
  • Fix issues with spawning late-connecting players:
    • Fix qol_round_start_spawn_grace sometimes not working during pre-round freeze time.
    • Fix qol_respawn_grace allowing living players to respawn when sv_realism should've prevented it.
    • Fix 'kill' command allowing players to respawn even after qol_respawn_grace expired.
    • Treat newly created spawn points as respawn events. (E.g. nmo_suzhou)
    • Allow late-connect players to spawn on maps that disable/remove spawn points. (E.g. nmo_suzhou)

The late-connect spawn system should hopefully work on any objective map now. Some maps (like nmo_suzhou) actually delete spawn points immediately after a checkpoint is reached. This means late-connecting players have nowhere to spawn. To solve this, QOL makes copies of the most recent spawn points to provide valid spawn positions for players even when the map tries to delete/disable them all.

Changes in 0.7.6:
  • Skip nearby zombie check for late-connect player spawning.
    • Some maps (like nmo_zephyr) have their spawn points close enough to zombie spawns that the spawns wouldn't be used.
  • Fixed another invalid ent access regarding player pickups.

Updated to 0.7.7 to hotfix players spawning beneath the world: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfile...?id=1334527503

The issue was caused by spawn points being placed too close to the ground.

Changes in 0.7.8:
  • Added fix for infection not killing players when sv_friendly_fire_factor is below 0.01 (qol_friendly_fire_infection_fix).
  • Fixed QOL spawning players in previous spawn area on some maps. (E.g. quarantine, shelter, toxteth.)
    • qol_respawn_ahead_threshold is the number of seconds players may spawn prior to a respawn event and still be advanced to the next spawn area. This can be increased if other maps still cause the issue.
  • Fixed QOL audible bleedout playing male pain sounds on female characters.

I want new function ( casual respawn ). It's player respawn every Objective start. Would you make it?
By the way, I feel awesome! when zombie attack me in a supply box. I'm happy because mapper already don't need make anti-safezone system

Try this plugin. It should work on every map if you're using QOL.

sm_objective_respawn - Number of objectives between player respawns. 1 means every objective is a respawn. 2 is every other objective. Etc. 0 disables plugin.

Is there a way to change the pace of zombies? Runner runs too fast, and normal zombies are too slow.
