i am tried to fix web ftp but i cant ..please help me to fix this

If that's the correct IP in the image, then the FTP server is down...contact the provider...

The a firewall is blocking it. Contact your host

Very Easy!!!!!!!!!!!
You cant fix this problem if you are not administrator of admin panel!
If you are Then login with putty of u r root
Enter this command - /etc/rc.d/init.d/vsftpd restart
Press enter!
Problem Fixed!
