Comments:
Carrier Skipping is when the player who is the Carrier rejoins the server to end the round and skip their turn of playing as the Carrier.
This is very frustrating for players who are geared up for a new round only to have it end seconds later
This plugin will Automatically Ban any player who Carrier skips!
The plugin will only Ban Players who have a disconnect reason of "Disconnect by user.", players who are kicked for ping/AFK/Reservation, or leave for any other reason will
NOT be banned. If there are any other disconnect reasons that i should include please let me know.

zps_carrierskip_version - current version
sm_carrierskip - Enables/Disables Carrier Skip Ban (0/1)
sm_carrierskip_minplayers - Sets the Minimum players before a Carrier Skipper is Banned
sm_carrierskip_bantime - Sets the Time to Ban a player in hours (0 = permanent)
