May i get a plugin that when some1 types Ubercharge in console they instantly get 100% ubercharge

ANYONE who types it in the console gets it

and can i please have a way to turn it off and on (and send a message to everyone when it turns on and off)

sm_ubercharge 1|0 //1 is on 0 is off


it may seem abusiv at times or anything, but i have some reasons.
