[CSO][REQ]Block low hour accounts

I've noticed that in my community, people are complaining of cheaters, I held a poll and my users are wishing to block accounts with a low amount of hours ~150-200. Personally I don't see how it could stop them but it would thin out the amount of them joining, also to block private profiles?
I've searched and all I found was blocking any user that has a VAC ban, even if it was like 6 years ago,= etc. I don't want to block those, anyone have any ideas?

get data from steam account and if player has less hours than needed kick. idk how to do it in cso, or if it is even possible. Search, or ask on cso forums

i liked the idea, if any one can make this for cs 1.6, just allow steamids with more than 200 hours to enter the server, didnt want to open anew thread

Theoretically it might be possible with SteamTools but...

Hmm... what about detecting the user's steam registered date or game owned date instead? Like, don't allow steam accounts created after 2015 to join or steam users who owned the particular game after 2012 cannot join the server... is this possible?

Its possible to check how old client's steam account is. At least an estimate
