A breakdown of the problem:

I've changed adminvote.sma's votemap/votekick command from access ADMIN_VOTE to ADMIN_ALL as I want players to be able to vote for maps and voting to kick abusive players.

However I've noticed when they do this, their action is displayed as "ADMIN votes for maps..." instead of "PLAYER votes for maps..."

As I know the official plug-ins are well written with centralised code, I checked the amxmisc.inc or whatever it is, and looked for the show_activity() function that the voting plug-in uses to display the voting started message.

This function appears to use is_player_admin(id) to determine whether to show ADMIN or PLAYER at the start, so really it should be fine - oh and the players have level Z, just admin_player.

Is this a problem with plug-in code, or my config, or ... ? :s

AMX is 1.8.1 or whatever it is, latest one. Also the show activity setting in the AMXX config is set to show admin activity with name to everyone.
