ok so i need plugin with 3 commands, startnp stopnp and np

when admin types /votenp its going to start a vote for nospread and only if 60% voted yes then its going to enable no spread

when admin types /stopnp its going to start a vote to stop no spread and only if 60% voted yse its going to disable no spread

the other command is going to fource the start / stop no spread
/np 0 = disable
/np 1 = enable

and you can when someone runs the command /np it types this message with this colors please
[FreeDom-IL] No Spread Has Been Enabled / Disabled By Name

and for /votear and /stopar when 60%+
[FreeDom-IL] No Spread Has Been Enabled / Disabled (Percentage% Players Choose Yes)

and if vote failed
[FreeDom-IL] The Vote To Enable / Disable No Spread Has Failed (Percentage% Players Choose Yes)

What is a nospread? You mean no recoil?

No spread is not no recoil! Both exists.
Spread: the natural spraypattern of a weapon. Even if you fix a gun the bullets don't go into the same spot.
Recoil: the upwards movement of a gun after it's been fired.

just simply when you do vote and its 60+ it would type this 2 commands

weapon_accuracy_nospread "1"
weapon_recoil_scale "0"

and when you do the stop command it would rune this commands

weapon_accuracy_nospread "0"
weapon_recoil_scale "2"

may someone please create this plugin for me please!!!!
