[CS:S] Simple VIP request (armor 120 + health 120 + money 16000)

Hi, could someone please make a simple little plugin where flag "O' will be a VIP.
All i want is 120 hp, 120 armor and 16000 money

And when someone types !vips it will print a menu with all vips connected to server.
And when someone types !vip it will print the features above.

I tried to make it by myself but i think it's too complicated.

Coding this rn, should be done (relatively) soon

I don't play CS:S, but what are the default health, armor and money values so I know to code it.

Default values at round start are:
health - 100 hp
armor - normaly 0 but if you buy then it's 100 armor (if they buy armor, there is simple armor and full armor with helmet)
money - 800$ at map start.

Untested but should work. Let me know how it goes! It automatically makes a config file in cfg/sourcemod where you can configure the money, health, and armor that is given on spawn for VIPs. Also the commands are there.

EDIT:
When i type !vips it show like in image below

Also armor doesnt add to VIP, it remains to 0, and money dont add too.
But health is 120, it's good and !vip command also works good.

ps: in the picture above it shows armor as 100 full with helmet but this is because of the map, in normal maps like de_dust2 it's 0.
