All I'm saying is they're providing a free service. You shouldn't be rude to anybody, but least of all those people whom you rely on for a service. I could understand if you were paying (ie, they had a contractual obligation), but that's not the case here.

My servers still crash, and the log files are just empty/dont give me any info on whats causing it. Have i missed anything or forgot anything? Ive updated the servers with SteamCMD and changed back the .cfg's that had been for some reason changed back to default.

Is there anything else i need to update?

First i had issues with 1 server, now its both CSGO servers.

Do you have a link to an Accelerator crash dump? Which version of Sourcemod?
