I'm running 2.07 and it crashes (sometimes).

As for the Ubuntu part, since Ubuntu is based on Debian I don't think using Ubuntu will change anything.
I may try to recompile the plugin and see what happens ...
People using CentOS were crashing on server start after the last TF2 update....yet my servers weren't.

CentOS is technically Linux/Debian, correct? Even some Unix systems were fucked up, but I never saw one report involving Ubuntu.

CentOS is Linux/Redhat.

I'm running Arch (last major update about 4 months ago) and also had no issues when Valve broke TF2 on linux for almost everyone

As far as I'm aware, the crashing started after they patched the linux issues, so it's probably all connected somehow

EDIT: Why are there no SMX files? I can't compile the prophunt.sp file because of a missing tf2attributes include.

EDIT 2: Found the .INC file. Don't know if I need to also run the .SMX file for TF2Attributes as well...I did compile timerdiags and cp_tracker as well as prophunt, so hopefully I'm doing this properly.

TF2Attributes is only required if you want the no fall damage thing. Also, I have a compiled 2.08 hanging around somewhere... 2.09's only adjustment was fixing an issue with where one of the stats calls was being done... and since the Stats version hasn't been posted, I thought it was useless to do it.

One of these days, I'm going to start a new thread for this, but I think I'm going to rewrite the weapon handling code to use TF2Items just in case it is what's causing problems.

Same problem as them, except I"m using the latest version. It crashes when the next round is just about to begin. Windows MM 1.10, SM 1.5

Only thing in my logs I can find related to Prophunt:

L 09/01/2013 - 01:21:54: [SM] Displaying call stack trace for plugin "prophunt.smx":

To anyone who is getting crashes... does 1.93 also crash, or is it only the 2.0x versions that crash?

I run a server with an 'old skool' version of prophunt derived from 1.93 that has basically everything removed down to the original core props vs pyros gameplay

While it's been stable for 3 days, it hasn't been super active (only 141 connects). Pretty sure it did crash when it was properly active, but can't say for certain.
