kigen I deleted it, readded it, its now loading and I get this when i enter kac_status in console;

Command Protection: On
Command Spam Protection: On
CVars Detection: On

Anti-Wallhack: Off
Network: On
RCON Crash Prevention: Off

Why is Anti-wallhack defaulted to OFF?

Its off by default because it can cause lag (it is CPU intensive) and it isn't entirely bug free.

When banning due to disconnect exploit, KAC doesn't forward nicknames to Sourcebans:

Player no nickname present
Steam ID STEAM_0:1xx
Steam Community xxx
IP address no IP address present
Invoked on 04-27-10 15:23
Banlength Permanent
Expires on Not applicable.
Reason KAC: Disconnect exploit.
Banned by Admin CONSOLE

Now, this happened the second time so there really must be an issue.

Just confirming what ulx stated.

KAC unfortunately cannot pass nick names to SourceBans due to the way KAC has to ban people when they use the disconnect exploit.

Since they are already disconnected I can only back ban them via sm_addban.

If there are any other bantypes where it's too late to get name, maybe it's worth it to cache player names on connect and in player_changename (?)
