and after few minutes my server crashs and i show in the logs server is crashed at 15:02 and in the log i found that:

L 04/10/2010 - 15:028: [kigen-ac-pub.smx] Error received during update: Failed to contact master server.

i think that was the reason for the crash it can be fixed? not that my server crashs at every updateconnection?!

I don't know about you, but sockets starting from v3 make all my servers restart every 10 minutes or so with terrible lags. That's the main porous why I use KAC without sockets.

i installed the newest version and it runs fine... thx.

but the clients with the oldschoolhacks are not banned by kac
i tested this on one of our server without vac.

Could be this the reason kac update to fail? From where to download latest version, cause there are no new update links in this thread, in official site too?!

Just re-download from the same link.

Anyhow it is more likely to be a permissions error. Meaning that SRCDS does not have the permission to write to the SourceMod folder, or something else is preventing it.
