And it's all okay. If you don't trust this clcmd, play on well known servers / servers that your friends own.

So when i add it cl_filterstuffcmd 1 then there is for sure "no Slowhack" ?

Godofwar, not really. Slowhack can be bypassed and it can be found at valvesoftware.com forum. So the second option is the best.
