Is there any problem in sending a sm_reloadadmins command every 30seconds?
What would be an acceptable Timer for spamming this command?

It probably depends on the amount of "admins" it has to load, the physical hardware of the machine issuing it, the physical hardware of the database server, ... etc.

If you're using hardware from the stone age, you will probably run into problems.

Otherwise, I'd say go for it and test; you can always raise the 30 seconds to 60 seconds, or so, if 30 seconds is causing problems...

Was just thinking of this thread and checked if I've come back to this thread. I didn't. Sorry for the late response. I'm running this with a timer of (I think) 3 minutes. Running perfect for me. No problems.
