It says it is loaded, it doesn't generate any config files, command's not working.
Edit: It is kinda working, my admins are getting the extra HP benefits, it's just that. Nothing else works.

3- add and remove vip player on server with cammend "sm_addvip <target>" and "sm_removevip <target>"

4- add player can give health on the round and in-game:
example:

VIP MENU:
1.Get 10 hp + 5 armor [$5000]
2.Get 35 hp + 20 armor [$10000] [Only vip]
3. and .....
