sm_cvar mp_tagging_scale "0" or sm_cvar mp_tagging_scale "7" in your sourcemod.cfg

That didn't work for me but might work for others.

But you will get no damage from any weapons, the thing is that it doesn't slow you down and leave you speed up then again if removing the damage then you would get slowed down, so dont think it will work. I might be wrong on this, somebody will correct me.
