1. i was sure that i had fully admin rights (ban , csay works !!)
2. the server shows a menu when i input amxmodmenu
3. the menu plugins are running without problems....
4. the question is: all the menu options are greyed-out ! (as shown in attachment), why ?

but this is highly insecure cause every1 can get admin rights with the right nick...

oh, thx for that assistance but still i can't get it work...

You have E flag for Do not check password. Thats not good. Why would you create as password not to use it. And try using CE for STEAM or AUTH id. Type "status" in the console to get that. The number looks like this

You would Only want this though

STEAM_0:0:1948726
