Command:
• !snow / !snowball / !snowballs

ConVars:
•sm_hoyxen_snowballs_join_message - Enable/Disable the message when player join (1 - Enable | 0 - Disable)
•sm_hoyxen_receive_snowballs_message - Enable/Disable the message when player receive Snowballs (1 - Enable | 0 - Disable)
