Currently, when players try to connect to the server, they are constantly kicking from the server for this reason. what is the reason of this?

Could be a firewall issue, dropping the connections(DDoS protection) , or if you are using tunnel gre, could be a connection problem between the ips.

There are more possibilities but these are the most common ones.
