Then it's pretty much impossible to find something with 2GB or more outside of Europe. You can try and request Arch at DataShack or Joe's Datacenter (both Kansas City), though I doubt you'll get anything custom for such low prices. If a VPS will suffice, have a look at RAM Host (LA and Atlanta).
