but you have to tell the renter that they are not allowed to remove credits from hostname before they buy it.

I would say that this is a bad business model. Unless you are giving your servers away for free, people are likely to find somewhere else that doesn't have unrealistic rules.

If you really want to do it, you'd have to do something like tarsisd2 said.

Igc host are doing same they have rules to put Igc tag in their hosting :V

I guess that's the part of EULA - you have to agree to it if you want to rent a server, with their right to suspend your server if you are violating the rule.

But personally I would avoid such hosting companies.
