I just tried to install Avira Free Version and AVG said it's a virus related with privacy issues!

anyway.. softwares are important, but the first antivirus are your vigilance and behaviour. Good luck Albanain zombie .

I know Norton + McAfee don't go together, but MalwareBytes + Avast are playing nice together(as long as both aren't running scans at same time).

AVG is sleepy right now, no weird detections until now.
