Hello i am a begginer in this things and probably did something wrong.

I uploaded files:

smx file to addons/sourcemod/plugins folder
sp files to addons/sourcemod/scripting

i did not add translations because i assumed that english is the default language since there is no eng translation.

i do see rankme commands when i type sm_searchcmd, but those sm_top etc commands are not doing anything.

Did i miss something? What should i do?

you have already set up the bd? rankme works against the bd but has no where to get the info. read again first post.

Understood, can you give me detailed instruction?

All i have to do is just copy this text to databases cfg? Or do i have to get additional something to make it work?

Lets say i want to use mysql cause i dont really know the differences

The problem is in the character Set, check that the database is in UTF-8 general_ci and also check that the HTML files are included <meta charset = "UTF-8"> in the head

In the Database the best option would not be the utf8mb4_unicode_ci? Or not?
