(not module supported)

configs/maps/plugins-de.ini - Would enable/disable any plugins for all de_* maps.
or
configs/maps/plugins-de_dust2.ini - Would enable/disable any plugins for all de_dust2 only.

For Example I Choose plugins-de_dust2.ini

; Add a line in it.
; csstats.amxx [It Will Disable Plugin, In Specific Map, i.e: de_dust2]

If You Want To Enable For Specific Maps.

; Add a line in it.
csstats.amxx [It Will Enable Plugin, In Specific Map, i.e: de_dust2]

I created an ini file for fy_iceworld16 like the example you showed;

addons/amxmodx/configs/maps/plugins-fy_iceworld16.ini

I have added the "csstats.amxx disabled" line into this ini file.

is it enough ?

If you do not want to add all the lines in the plugins.ini file to the file, run ";" Do we need to put it?

Yes Its Enough.

Use ; To Disable ; csstats.amxx

No we don't need to to put all lines of plugins. Just
; cssats.amxx

And it will disable, the only particular plugin.
Rest will work.

Like wise: If u want to run all plugins in plugins.ini but u think that, this map should run an extra plugin, not the rest.
Lets Suppose again we take cssats.amxx plugin as an example.

U have to add this line. (without ;)
Like:

csstats.amxx

I did as you said but unfortunately not

The file csstats.amxx is not in the plugins folder in the following file path. so this would be a problem?

What he hell is an .amxx file doing in the data folder? Just read the link I gave you instead of ignoring it.
