    Unreal Physics

    Description:
    Allows dodging, double jumping, and gun boosting. Dodging can be done by tapping your movement keys on the ground or away from a nearby vertical surface. Players are only allowed 1 dodge until they land on the ground again. Double jumping basically means a player is allowed to jump once in the air until they land again. They can only double jump when their vertical velocity is around 0. Gun boosting (controlled in the sourcemod/configs/gunjump.cfg file) allows players to use surfaces to boost off of by shooting it. It is not affected by a weapon's spread. The main point of releasing this plugin is in hopes of getting map developers to make trial maps maps that require this plugin to finish. Maps should start with the tr_ prefix. Of course however this plugin can be used for fun on just about any server.

    Here's demonstration video, the stuff on the hud is for another thing so ignore it.

    sm_reloadgj: Reloads the gun jumping config. (Requires rcon flag)
    Console variables:

    unrealphys_version: Plugin version.
    unrealphys_enable: Enables unreal physics.
    unrealphys_gunboosting: Enables gun boosting. Reads settings from sourcemod/configs/gunjump.cfg
    unrealphys_blockfalldamage: Blocks all fall damage. Useful for gun boosting since players will get high up using it.

    1.2: Changed the wall dodging angle requirements to be more like ut2004's.
    Installation:
    • Place unrealphys.smx inside sourcemod/plugins folder.
    • Place gunjump.cfg inside sourcemod/configs folder.
    • Modify gunjump.cfg to your liking if you want. If you make a map for this plugin, please don't use the gun boosting yet until there is a standard setting for this config.

    Not sure why that would happen unless you placed a configuration for flash/smoke grenades in the gunjump.cfg.

    Does this work in L4D, L4D2, TF2, etc?

    Because if not, this should be re-titled to "[CS:S/CS:GO]"

    I can't really test it on those games right now. I will soon, but it should work on pretty much any source engine game first person shooter.

    Nice plugin.

    We did come across a bug. During freezetime at the start of each round. You can dodge your way out of spawn lol!

    The plugin should respect cvar mp_freezetime for dodging
