hey... hoping to get a fix I tried this

I added

SQL_SetCharset(Database, "utf8");

why? Because whenever I ban someone from the game and his name has special characters, it shows up weirdly on sourcebans... adding that line fixed it.

The problem is now /reloadadmins crashes the server... why? (Usualy when I edit any admin on sourcebans it crashes.)
