After installing sourcebans I can not send commands via rcon from sourcebans web.

I'm sure they are not blocked ports because it is on the same server TF2 is functioning normally. only in csgo server can not do the work rcon, sm logs without errors

edit: I had forgotten to use the parameter -usercon in srcds start line

I am having the same problem with mine. I cannot get the CS:GO server to appear in my Sourcebans dashboard.

Further to that I have updated MM:S and Sourcemod to the latest snapshots however in the server details section of HLSW it is still showing the previous versions but when I check via the meta plugins command it shows the updated versions having been installed.

This has all come about since the last Steam update on the 24th April 2014.

If anyone has any suggestions I'd be grateful!

Running CS:GO in Casual Mode
MM:S v1.10.1 snapshot 886
SourceMod v.1.5.4 snapshot 4036
Windows Server 2008R2 OS
SQL database and Sourcebans is located on a different IP to that of the game server.
