Is it possible show player's name in realism mode?(just like campaign mode, without glow)

sm_cvar sv_disable_glow_survivors 0 <-- it shows player's name. but also shows player's glow.

Not use hinttext, chattext, centertext for shows name.
Shows name above player's head(just like campaign mode).

Is it possible?

nah it would ruin where youre buddies at when theres a horde maybe the names would only be seen in the safe room perhaps ?
